The kit includes ELISpot plates pre-coated with monoclonal antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, Streptavidin-HRP and ready-to-use TMB substrate. The included anti-CD3 mAb can be used to induce cytokine secretion and is dependent on number, nature and viability of accessory cells. The antibody cross-reacts with CD3 on cynomolgus and rhesus macaque T cells. React with human IL-2 and cross-react with IL-2 from non-human primates. |
