| Description | This monoclonal antibody enables sensitive and specific detection of human Thioredoxin-1(Trx1) in ELISA. The antibody is also suitable for Western blot. MAb MT13X3 detects reduced and oxidized Trx1. Specificity: Native and recombinant Thioredoxin-1. Cross-reacts with Trx1 from cow. For quantification of human Trx1 in ELISA, samples should not contain bovine serum. |
