The autoantibodies are detected with an HRP labeled anti-human IgG antibody. In the following enzymatic substrate reaction, the intensity of the color correlates with the concentration and/or avidity of anti-muscarinic cholinergic receptor 1 antibodies. Sample Types: serum.
