| Description | Rabbit Anti-CASP6 Recombinant Antibody (E180). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes CASP6. The antibody E180 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, IHC-P, IF, FC. This gene encodes a member of the cysteine-aspartic acid protease (caspase) family of enzymes. Caspases (cysteinyl aspartate proteases) are involved in the signaling pathways of apoptosis, necrosis and inflammation. These enzymes can be divided into initiators and effectors. The initiator isoforms are activated by, and interact with, upstream adaptor molecules. |
