| Description | Mouse Anti-LGALS2 Recombinant Antibody (CBYCL-259). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human LGALS2. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, ICC, IHC-P, IHC-Fr, ELISA. LGALS2 is a soluble beta-galactoside binding lectin. The encoded protein is found as a homodimer and can bind to lymphotoxin-alpha. A single nucleotide polymorphism in an intron of this gene can alter the transcriptional level of the protein, with a resultant increased risk of myocardial infarction. |
