| Description | Mouse Anti-LNFPIII/Lewis X/LNFPIII NGC Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-1893). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to LNFPIII/Lewis X/LNFPIII NGC. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as FC. Lacto-N-fucopentaose III is an oligosaccharide found in human milk and shown to be involved in the development of the mucosal immune system. LNFPIII contains a Lewis X structure in the oligosaccharide. Lewis X also known as CD15 is an immunological significant molecule that can be expressed in glycoproteins, glycolipids and proteoglycans and has diagnostic relevance in many diseases and is a marker for pluripontent stem cells. |
