| Description | The Ansh Labs' picoPAPP-A ELISA kit is a quantitative two-step sandwich immunoassay. Calibrators are prepared using dimeric PAPP-A and calibrated to WHO (78/610) preparation. Wide dynamic range of 0.1 - 10 ng/mL. Sensitive to 0.037 ng/mL. Total 3 hour incubation at room temperature. Long shelf life of 24 months. The antibody pair used in the picoPAPP-A ELISA measures dimeric recombinant PAPP-A and PAPP-A/proMBP complex in equimolar concentrations. picoPAPP-A is useful in detection at low concentrations of Pregnancy Associated Plasma Protein A for studies of non-pregnant physiological states, pregnancy, dysfunctions of placental formation, certain cancers, and cardiovascular disease.
