| Description | The Ansh Labs' IGFBP-2 ELISA is a quantitative three-step sandwich type immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of IGFBP-2 in human serum. Circulating levels of IGFBP-2 may be an important biomarker of different metabolic and malignant states such as postnatal growth, metabolism, eating disorders, and diabetes as well as gestational diabetes. The IGFBP-2 antibody pair detects human, canine, bovine and equine, caprine and rat species. The kit does not crossreact with related IGF analytes. Dynamic range of 0.45-16 ng/mL. Sensitive to 0.08 ng/mL. Total 2.5 hour incubations. Long shelf life of 24 months. Research Use Only within the United States.
