This monoclonal antibody pair used in the assay detects Activin B. Other related molecules like Activin A and Activin AB did not show any significant cross-reactivity. This monoclonal antibody pair recognizes other species such as Rabbit, Goat, Sheep, Mouse, Bovine, Canine, Equine and Fish. Wide dynamic range of 12.7-1400 pg/mL. Sensitive to 4.35 pg/mL.
