This kit is based on spin column chromatography as the separation matrix. After cell lysis, the DNA purification process can be completed in fewer than 20 minutes. The purified DNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more. |
