| Description | KW 2449 is a multikinase inhibitor of FLT3, ABL, ABL-T315I, and Aurora kinase. It displays potent inhibition of growth effects on leukemia cells with FLT3 mutations via inhibition of the FLT3 kinase. This leads in the down-regulation of phosphorylated-FLT3/STAT5, G1 arrest, and apoptosis. KW 2449 induces the reduction of phosphorylated histone H3, G2/M arrest, and apoptosis in FLT3 wild-type human leukemia. MW: 368.86. Purity ≥98% by HPLC |
