| Description | Goat polyclonal antibody to Mup20. It is a 20.9 kDa protein that belongs to belongs to the lipocalin familly and to calycin superfamily. This protein is a male pheromone, which stimulates female sexual attraction to male and promotes male agressive behavior as well. Major urinary protein 20 binds most of the male pheromone, 2-sec-butyl- 4,5-dihydrothiazole in urine. Detects the recombinant protein Mup20 by Western blot. |
