| Description | Rat Anti-Tlr11 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-3353). Provided herein is a Rat monoclonal antibody, which binds to Tlr11 (Toll-Like Receptor 11). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ICFC, CyTOF. Tlr11 participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. It acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and the inflammatory response. |
