| Description | Rat Anti-TNFSF11 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-3911). Provided herein is a Rat monoclonal antibody, which binds to TNFSF11 (TNF Superfamily Member 11). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, IHC, WB. TNFSF11 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) cytokine family which is a ligand for osteoprotegerin and plays a role as a key factor for osteoclast differentiation and activation. TNFSF11 was shown to be a dentritic cell survival factor and is involved in the regulation of T cell-dependent immune response. T cell activation was reported to induce expression of TNFSF11 and lead to an increase of osteoclastogenesis and bone loss.
