| Description | The Quantikine Human CHI3L1 Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid phase ELISA designed to measure CHI3L1 in cell culture supernates, serum, plasma, and urine. It contains NS0-expressed recombinant human CHI3L1 and antibodies raised against recombinant human CHI3L1 and has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant factor. Results obtained using natural CHI3L1 showed dose response curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for natural human CHI3L1. Range: 62.50 - 4000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 8.15 pg/mL. Time: 4.5 hours |
