| Description | Recognizes Human Cytokeratin 13. Species Crossreactivity: bovine and rat. Reactivities on Cultured Cell lines: Squamous cell CA (A-431 from epidermoid CA of vulva; RT 112, RT-4 of urinary bladder). Polypeptide reacting: Mr 54 000 human cytokeratin 13 with minor affinity to K14, Mr 50,000,K16, Mr 48,000, and K25. Tumors detected: several squamous cell carcinomas, e.g. cervix carcinoma; transitional Cell carcinoma of the bladder; craniopharyngioma. |
