| Description | 14-3-3 Antibody IHC-plus? LS-B6644. Recognizes all isoforms of the 14-3-3 protein family. The 14-3-3 family consists of 30 kD proteins involved in multiple cellular processes including protein kinase signalling pathways, regulation of cell cycle progression, transcription and intracellular trafficking. Protein interactions with 14-3-3 show distinct preferences for its different isoforms and are regulated by phosphorylation of both 14-3-3 and the bound protein. |
