| Description | Streptavidin Antibody Biotin Conjugated was prepared from monospecific antiserum by delipidation, defibrination, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum and Streptavidin. No reaction was observed against Avidin. |
