| Description | Anti-Glycogen Phosphorylase BB Isoenzyme (GPBB) Antibody. MAbs 1G6, 7B9, 6G5 and 8G7 are reacting with BB isoenzyme. MAbs 17B6 and 6F1 are reacting with BB and MM isoenzymes.GPBB immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification. All MAbs are working in Western blotting. Best pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): 1G6 – 6F1, 6F1 – 7B9. Important note: it is recommended to use three-step assay, since signal is low in one-step and two-step assays |
