Inhibits N-arachidonylethanolamine (AEA) accumulation (IC50 = 24 μM) and hydrolysis (Ki = 3 μM), and inhibits N-palmitoylethanolamine (PEA) hydrolysis (IC50 = 36 μM) in cerebellar granule neurons.
