| Description | Epitope: Luminal region of LAMP-2. Fusion: 1983. LAMP2 is a marker of lysosmes and late endosomes. H4B4 has been reported to recognize all three LAMP-2 isoforms A, B, and C [PMID: 22365987], suggesting that the epitope is located on the luminal region of LAMP-2 common to all isoforms. This antibody induces apoptosis of human microvascular endothelium in vitro [PMID: 18836458].
