Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Sheep IgG, anti-Sheep IgG F(c) and anti-Sheep Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Sheep IgG F(ab')2 or anti- Papain. |
