This protein in vitro catalyzes monoubiquitination and 'Lys-11'-linked polyubiquitination. uBE2W is widely expressed, especially at highest levels in testis. Recombinant human uBE2W protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques. |
