| Description | Anti-DLL3 (clone SC16.56)-PBD dimers ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-DLL3 monoclonal antibody (clone SC16.56) conjugated via a linker to PBD dimers. The PBD dimers is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, PBD dimers binds to DNA, causes DNA damage. |
