| Description | In this two-step kit, monocytes are first depleted by incubating PBMCs with biotin anti-human CD14 antibody, followed by Streptavidin Nanobeads. The magnetically labeled fraction is retained by the use of a magnetic separator; the unlabeled fraction is collected in a clean tube. In the second step, CD4+ T cells are positively selected from the previous unlabeled fraction by incubating it with directly conjugated Human CD4 Nanobeads. The second magnetically labeled fraction is retained by the use of a magnetic separator. After collection of the CD4+ T cells, downstream applications include functional assays, gene expression, phenotypic characterization, etc. |
