| Description | Mouse Anti-ADO Recombinant Antibody (E-11). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human 2-Aminoethanethiol Dioxygenase. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IP, IF, ELISA. Human thiol dioxygenases include cysteine dioxygenase and cysteamine (2-aminoethanethiol) dioxygenase. CDO adds 2 oxygen atoms to free cysteine, whereas ADO adds 2 oxygen atoms to free cysteamine to form hypotaurine. |
