| Description | DR5 Antibody. DR5 is the DD containing receptor for TRAIL, Apo2, TRAIL-R2, TRICK2, or KILLER. DR5 transcript is widely expressed in normal tissues and in many types of tumor cells. Like DR3 and TNFR1, DR5 mediate apoptosis by FADD dependent pathway. Over-expression of DR5 induces apoptosis and activates NFkB. |
