| Description | Purity: > 85% by SDS - PAGE Format: Liquid. In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.5) containing 2mM DTT, 10% glycerol, 50mM NaCl. CCL1 (chemokine C-C motif ligand 1) is a small glycoprotein secreted by activated T cells that belongs to a family inflammatory cytokines known as chemokines. CCL1 attracts monocytes, NK cells, and immature B cells and dendritic cells by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor called CCR8. unlike the other members of the C-C family, CCL1 does not induce chemotaxis in natural killer (NK) cells. Recombinant human CCL1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by conventional chromatography, after refolding of the isolated inclusion bodies in a renaturation buffer. |
