The IC50 value of JGB1741 in a cell-free assay is 15 μM. The IC50 for cell proliferation of three cancer cell lines, K562, HepG2 and MDA-MB 231 is 1 μM, 10 μM and 0.5 μM, respectively. JGB1741 causes cytochrome c release, modulation in Bax/Bcl2 ratio and cleavage of PARP. |
