| Description | Anti-Prox1. Prox1 is a prospero related homeobox gene. Its expression pattern suggests it has a role in a variety of embryonic tissues. Prox1-deficient mice are devoid of lymphatic vasculature, and in these animals endothelial cells fail to acquire the lymphatic phenotype; instead, they remain as blood vascular endothelium. |
