| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human c-Jun (pSer63) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of c-Jun only when phosphorylated at serine 63 (pSer63). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1361 was sufficient for detection of c-Jun (pSer63) in 10 μg of mouse fibroblast cell line (nih 3t3) lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody. |
