| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human JunD (pSer255) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of JunD only when phosphorylated at serine 255 (pSer255). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1395 was sufficient for detection of JunD (pSer255) in 10 μg of human embryonic kidney epithelial cell line (hek293) lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody. |
