| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human Beclin 2 Polyclonal. Predicted molecular weight at ~48.1kDa. Observed bands in the 50-55kDa range, varied by lysates. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-602 was sufficient for detection of Beclin2 on rat liver lysates using Goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
