Fibronectin/FN1 tissue specificity: Isoform 2 is expressed in skeletal and cardiac muscles only (at protein level). Isoform 1 is very weakly expressed in striated muscles and not The Fast version of Picokine ELISA kits, assay takes less than 1.5 hours. Detected in adult skeletal muscle fibers and cardiomyocytes.
