| Description | JAM-A (CD321) Antibody (24HCLC), ABfinity? Rabbit Oligoclonal. JAM-A is a tight junction-associated protein that is a member of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. JAM-A is expressed on endothelial and epithelial cells, and its sub-cellular distribution is modulated by inflammatory cytokines. It is also expressed on circulating leukocytes and platelets, and lymphoid tissues. It is expressed on various tissues and cells at tight junctions, where it co-localizes with the tight junction proteins Occludin, ZO-1, and Cingulin. |
