| Description | Mouse Anti-ARPC3 Recombinant Antibody (602.29cl.11). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes ARPC3 of human. The antibody 602.29cl.11 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ELISA. This gene encodes one of seven subunits of the human Arp2/3 protein complex. The Arp2/3 protein complex has been conserved through evolution and is implicated in the control of actin polymerization in cells. The protein functions as component of the Arp2/3 complex which is involved in regulation of actin polymerization and together with an activating nucleation-promoting factor (NPF) mediates the formation of branched actin networks. |
