| Description | Mouse Anti-Bovine Ubiquitin Monoclonal IgG1. Detects free ubiquitin, polyubiquitin chains and ubiquitinated proteins. A 1:1000 dilution of SMC-215 was sufficient for detection of ubiquitin conjugates and free ubiquitin in 2.5 μg of HeLa cell lysate by electrochemiluminescence analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
