| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human Smad4 Polyclonal. Detects ~60kDa, endogenous levels of total Smad4 protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1286 was sufficient for detection of Smad4 in 10 μg of HeLa, Cos7, HepG2, HUVEC cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
