| Description | Rabbit Anti-Human GSK3a (pSer21) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of GSK3a only when phosphorylated at serine 21. (pSer21). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1385 was sufficient for detection of GSK3a (pSer21) in 10 μg of human ovary cancer cell line (a2780) lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody. |
