Can isolate complexes of HSP90, Src kinase and cec37. 2 μg/ml was sufficient for detection of HSP90α in 20 μg of heat shocked HeLa cell lysate as well as in 100 ng of human HSP90α protein by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary. |
