| Description | Mouse Anti-Rat Pannexin 2 Monoclonal IgG1. Detects ~70kDa. Does not cross-react with Pannexin-1 or Pannexin-3. 1 μg/ml of SMC-420 was sufficient for detection of Pannexin-2 in 20 μg of rat brain lysate by colorimetric immunoblot analysis using Goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
