| Description | Mouse Anti-Human Histone H3 (tri Methyl Lys9) Monoclonal IgG1. Detects endogenous Histone H3 (tri methyl K9) protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SMC-254 was sufficient for detection of Histone H3 in 10 μg of Human, Rat, Mouse HeLa, Testis Tissue, Raw 264.7 cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
