| Description | Mouse Anti-Human Histone H3 (tri Methyl Lys79) Monoclonal IgG1. Detects endogenous Histone H3 (tri methyl K79) protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SMC-253 was sufficient for detection of Histone H3 in 10 μg of Human HeLa cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. |
