This kit uses a novel and proprietary method to eliminate polysaccharides, phenolic compounds, and enzyme inhibitors from plant sample.The purified DNA is fully digestible with all restriction enzymes tested, and is completely compatible with downstream application such as PCR, qPCR, genotyping, sequencing, Southern Blot analysis, and more. |
