| Description | UniGlow? is designed as a ready-to-use chemiluminescent substrate in a One Component System. This is a highly sensitive, nonradioactive, enhanced luminol-based chemiluminescent substrate for the detection of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). UniGlow easily allows for the detection of picograms (6-12 pg) amounts of antigen using photographic film or other imaging methods. UniGlow is a great quality product with the high sensitivity and excellent signal to noise ratios and low backgrounds. UniGlow substrate is highly stable. |
