Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Golden Syrian Hamster Serum and anti-Golden Syrian Hamster IgM (μ chain specific). Some light chain cross reactivity will occur with anti-Golden Syrian Hamster IgG. |
