| Description | The Chemical properties of the antigen are Grk protein : 294 aa, predicted ~33 kDa (but from work with rat polyclonal anti-Grk, appears to run at 47 kDa). The immunization in 1998 used 50 micrograms plus 50 micrograms plus 100 micrograms plus 25 micrograms. Using intraperitoneal route the adjuvant corixa MPL & TDM emulsion was utilized. |
