| Description | PE/Cy7 anti-mouse TCR DO11.10. DO11.10 transgenic TCR is specific for the chicken ovalbumin peptide (a.a. 323-339) presented on the I-Ad MHC class II complex. KJ1-26 antibody clone recognizes the DO11.10 TCR and enables identification of the DO11.10 TCR positive T-cells in the DO11.10 TCR transgenic mouse model. KJ1-26 antibody clone was reported to block the antigen response of DO11.10 T cell hybridomas in vitro. |
