| Description | The antibody induces the disruption of cytokeratin organization when injected into A6 cells. no dramatic effect when injected into embryos. Immunohistochemistry stains cortical cytokeratin system of early Xenoopus embryo. The specificity of the antibody is fro type II cytokeratins of Xenopus early embryo. The immunization route is multiple/intraperitoneal using RIBI adjuvant. |
