| Description | Epitope: FTGA, aa 196-203 of isoform 1 (Uniprot ID: Q03751-1). Stains all synaptic neuropils and synaptic butons. This antibody recognizes all known CSP isoforms. CSP is associated with the cytoplasmic surface of synaptic vesicles and is often used as a synaptic vesicle marker. It labels all synapses. See [PMID: 9799436 and 8310297] for a comparison between DCSP-1, DCSP-2 and DCSP3 mAbs. CSP is also known as DnaJ homolog subfamily C member 5 homolog. |
